Product: Cap Word (also known as Photo Vocabulary) Package name: com.wlym.sdc Effective date: 2026-10-24
These Membership / Subscription Terms ("Membership Terms") apply to paid memberships, subscriptions, and related in-app purchases offered in Cap Word / Photo Vocabulary (the "Service"). They supplement the Cap Word Terms and Conditions of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Subscriptions and billing
- (1) Paid plans (for example monthly, yearly, or other SKUs shown in the App) are sold and billed through Google Play Billing.
- (2) Prices, billing periods, and available offers are displayed in the App and on Google Play at the time of purchase. Taxes may apply as determined by Google / your local regulations.
- (3) By completing a purchase, you authorize Google Play to charge the payment method associated with your Google account according to the selected plan.
2. Free trials
- (1) Some plans may include a free trial (for example a 7-day free trial) as shown on the purchase screen and Google Play.
- (2) Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends (or as otherwise required by Google Play / local rules), the subscription converts to a paid subscription and you will be charged.
- (3) Eligibility for trials may be limited (for example one trial per Google account / offer, subject to Google Play rules).
3. Auto-renewal
- (1) Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
- (2) Your Google account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the then-current price shown by Google Play (unless a different promotional price applies).
4. How to cancel
- (1) You can manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play:
- Open Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select Cap Word → Cancel subscription
(paths may vary slightly by device / Play Store version)
- (2) Uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription. You must cancel via Google Play.
- (3) After cancellation, you generally retain access until the end of the current paid (or trial) period already charged.
